Application Tips:

Shake the bottle well before use. Dispense the foundation onto the back of your hand, then apply using the NEE Foundation Brush No. 9 or an appropriate beauty blender. Start application from the center of the face and blend outwards, working from the top down. For a perfect finish, use with other NEE makeup accessories.
